  • A 3-Dimension view of the floor plan (without the roof)
  • All 4 elevations (Front, Back, Left & Right)
  • Footing & Foundation plan
  • Lower Level Floor plan showing layout of finished and/or future rooms
  • Main Level Floor plan
  • Upper Level Floor plan (if applicable)
  • Wall Sections, Window Schedule, Stair Section and other Sections & Details as necessary.
