About the Images

All of the above renderings are based on the floor plans designed for our customers.  Rugroden Drafting & Design uses "Softplan" software for all of their CAD needs.  There are no secondary programs used to "embellish" the renderings; they are generated right from the construction documents used to build your home.  So you get to see your actual home just the way it will be built!

Not only are these renderings helpful to homeowners to better visualize their new home before any construction is started, but they also are a great selling tool used for homes built for speculation.  Even if Rugroden Drafting & Design did not draw your original plans, we offer renderings based off your plans for you to use in brochures and advertisements to sell your spec home quicker before it is completed.
